ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. If you are outgoing, customer-focused and enjoy working with the public, this may be the career for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain customer relationships by reviewing needs, answering questions, and identifying opportunities for additional coverage or services.
- Manage customer accounts and keep all information accurate in the database.
- Assist customers with policy updates, billing questions, and service requests, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
- Proactively connect with customers regarding relevant product and service options based on their needs.
- Coordinate with underwriting and internal departments to support timely policy issuance and service continuity.
- Comfortable discussing coverage options for home and auto insurance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Team player who collaborates with teammates to ensure a great customer experience
- Comfortable being proactive reaching out, following up, and keeping opportunities moving
- Positive attitude and the drive to learn, grow, and hit goals
- Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
